How to cite LatentCell

If a LatentCell post helped your work, thank you for crediting it. Here's the short version: reuse freely, just name the source.

License

All written posts are released underCreative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). That means you may share, quote, translate, and adapt any post — including for commercial use — as long as you give appropriate credit, link to the license, and note any changes. You don't need to ask permission. (Code in the site repository and third-party figures keep their own licenses.)

What to include

Every post carries the four things a citation needs, right at the top and bottom of the page:

  • Author — Jongmin Sung
  • Title — the post title
  • Date — the publication date shown under the title
  • Canonical URL — the permanent latentcell.ai/posts/… link (shown as "Canonical" on each post)

Each post also has a one-line “Cite this post” block at the bottom (copy-ready, pre-filled for that post); the full APA / MLA / BibTeX formats are here.

Formats (worked example)

Reusing a figure or a chunk of text

Under CC BY 4.0 you can reproduce a passage or a diagram in a paper, slide, or post — attach the citation above and, where practical, link back to the original. For a full re-publication (e.g. a translated cross-post), please also drop a note toJongmin so it can be linked back.
